Anti aging nutrition involves balancing your food intake, eating proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, eating low glycemic carbs, and adding nutritional supplements.
Puffy doughnuts, french fries, and mashed potatoes are renowned as all time favorite comfort foods and provide no anti aging health benefits. While they may comfort you when you are tired or anxious, they sure don’t comfort your skin. Anything but. They deplete your skin’s radiance and vibrancy and provide no anti aging nutrition. But you probably already knew that.
What you may not know is what you should eat to enhance your skin’s glow and beauty. Every time you eat, you are nourishing your skin with health filled foods or you are depleting its energy with inflammation creating foods.

Artificial foods include artificial sweeteners, Trans fatty acids, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, artificial colorings, monosodium glutamate, and most food preservatives. If you can’t pronounce the ingredient, most likely, it’s an artificial food and provides zero anti aging nutrition benefits.
